FIRST STEP TO MEDITATION

By now the readers would be clear about Why to meditate? and now I want to tell you the most awaited thing HOW to meditate. read this blog every alternate day I will publish a post about how to meditate.

Global unity of mankind can be achieved through this awakening that can occur within each human being, so that transformation takes place within us. By this process a person becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced. One actually gets the experience of the feeling of the all-pervading divine power as cool breeze. "Know thyself" is the main theme - it becomes evident and one reaches the absolute understanding of oneself.

First thing you should do is to believe that this act will lead you understand yourself very well.
Donts-
1. Dont drink alcohol or any other sedative drug during this period
2. Avoid excessive sexual activity. You can continue your sexual life but not more then once in two days and only in the evening before 10pm after sunset.
furthermore you can continue your life the way you want

Time Table: you have to give only two hours initially every day one hour in the morning and second in the evening in morning hour any one hour between 6to8 am and in the evening between 8 to 11 pm.

Morning act- Sit on the gro
und with a cotton cloth under you fold your legs like shown in the picture below close your eyes twenty times breath out ( expel maximum air in your lungs) and breath in inhale maximum air from your Lungs. Do not use your ribs to breath in or out use only your diaphragm and only your bally should move in and out.
After this now breath slowly in the same manner every time you breath out feel that bad air is moving out of you and when you inhale good air is moving in. Do this slowly 30 times make it as slow as you can very slow

after doing this relax and make yourself comfortable in this posture breathing naturally for another 20 mts.

Make sure not to take your breakfast before this act.

repeat this act two times in a day one before Breakfast and one before dinner. Just do only this for next three days.
